Acceptable Use

The ground rules that keep AyoSpeed safe and trustworthy for everyone.

Last updated: Jul 27, 2026

01. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do with AyoSpeed. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you build, publish, and share through the platform.

The goal is simple: keep AyoSpeed safe, useful, and trustworthy for everyone. If you use it to harm others or break the law, we may limit or remove your access.

02. Prohibited activities

You may not use AyoSpeed to build, host, or distribute anything that:

  • Breaks the law or facilitates illegal activity.
  • Enables fraud, scams, phishing, or the theft of credentials or payment information.
  • Distributes malware, ransomware, or code designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hate against people or groups.
  • Sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way.
  • Infringes someone else's intellectual property or impersonates a person or brand to deceive.
  • Violates the privacy of others or scrapes and exfiltrates personal data without permission.

03. Protecting the platform

To keep the Service reliable for everyone, you may not:

  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, credits, billing, or access controls.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform without our written permission.
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the infrastructure or other users' access.
  • Use automated means to abuse the Service, generate spam, or resell capacity in bulk without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source of the platform.

04. Responsible AI use

AyoWizzy is a powerful build agent. Please use it responsibly. Do not prompt it to produce content that is deceptive, dangerous, or designed to circumvent these rules, and do not present AI-generated output as professional advice.

You are responsible for reviewing what you build and for how you use it once it is published.

05. Your responsibility for your apps

When you publish an app built with AyoSpeed, you are responsible for its content and behavior, for complying with the laws that apply to you and your users, and for the way it collects and handles data. Make sure your app has its own appropriate terms and privacy notices where needed.

06. Reporting abuse

If you come across an app or account on AyoSpeed that violates this policy, please let us know. We review reports and take action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.

07. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, or suspending or terminating accounts. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.

08. Changes to this policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the Service and the threats it faces evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
