01. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information AyoSpeed collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built AyoSpeed to be trustworthy by default: your ideas, prompts, and app data stay private to you.

02. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service for you:
- Account information — such as your name and email, provided when you sign in.
- Your content — the prompts you write and the apps, files, and data you create with AyoWizzy.
- Usage information — basic, operational details about how the Service is used, so we can keep it reliable and secure.
- Billing information — handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
03. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the AyoSpeed IDE and run the AyoWizzy build agent.
- Save your projects, versions, and preferences.
- Provide support and respond to your requests.
- Keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- Process payments and manage your plan.
04. AI processing
When you build with AyoWizzy, your prompts and the relevant parts of your project are sent to AI model providers so they can generate the output you asked for. This happens only to fulfill your request.
We do not use your prompts or app content to train the platform. Any learning that improves AyoSpeed over time is based only on anonymous, aggregate patterns — never your ideas, data, or code. You can read exactly how that works on our platform-learning page.
06. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete content or close your account, we remove it within a reasonable period, except for limited backups and anything we must keep to meet legal obligations.
When someone replies to an email an app sent from AyoSpeed's shared address, our email provider (Resend) receives it and we forward it to the app's owner. We keep who sent it, its subject and what happened to it for 30 days; the provider keeps the message under its own retention.
07. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data and will notify you if a breach affects you as required by law.
08. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can manage most of your data directly from your dashboard, and you can reach out to us for anything else.
- Access and update your account details at any time.
- Export or delete the projects you have created.
- Close your account and request deletion of your data.
09. Children's privacy
AyoSpeed is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you.
