01. Overview
Welcome to AyoSpeed. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and AyoSpeed (the "Service", "we", "us") covering your use of the AyoSpeed IDE, the AyoWizzy build agent, and everything we offer through the platform.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using AyoSpeed on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
02. Your account
You need an account to build with AyoSpeed. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
- You may not share your account or let anyone else use it in a way that violates these Terms.
03. Your content and apps
You own what you create. The prompts you write, the apps you build, and the data inside them are yours. We do not claim ownership of your projects.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content strictly so we can operate the Service for you, for example running the build agent, saving versions, and showing live previews. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, except for backups kept for a short, reasonable period.
You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the rights to use anything you upload or ask AyoWizzy to build with.
04. AI-generated output
AyoWizzy uses AI models to plan and generate code, text, and other output based on your instructions. AI output can be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect, and similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.
- You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated apps before you publish or rely on them.
- You should not treat generated output as professional, legal, financial, or security advice.
- You are responsible for making sure your finished app complies with the laws that apply to you and your users.
05. Acceptable use
You agree to use AyoSpeed responsibly. Building anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive is not allowed. Our Acceptable Use Policy spells out exactly what is and is not permitted, and it is part of these Terms.
06. Plans and billing
Some features are free and others require a paid plan or credits. When you buy a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the fees shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and credits already consumed cannot be restored.
07. Our intellectual property
The AyoSpeed platform itself, including the AyoSpeed IDE, the AyoWizzy agent, our branding, and our underlying software, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to our brand, logos, or platform beyond using the Service as intended.
08. Suspension and termination
You can stop using AyoSpeed at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or use it in a way that could create legal liability.
Where practical and appropriate, we will give you notice and a chance to export your work before terminating an account.
09. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AyoSpeed will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated apps will meet every requirement you have.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use AyoSpeed after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
