Fixing errors
What to do when something breaks, and how Debug mode gets you unstuck.
3 min de lectureSometimes a build hits a snag or a feature does not behave the way you expected. That is normal, and it is usually quick to sort out. Here is how to get back on track.
First, just ask AyoWizzy to fix it
Describe what is wrong in plain words, for example 'the sign-up button does nothing when I click it'. The more detail you give about what you expected versus what happened, the faster it gets fixed.
Still stuck? Use Debug mode
If a problem keeps coming back after a couple of tries, switch to Debug mode. AyoWizzy slows down, asks focused questions, investigates the likely cause, and confirms the fix with you before changing anything.
- Say clearly what is not working and where.
- Mention what you already tried, if anything.
- A screenshot of the problem often helps a lot.
You can always step back
Because every change is saved as a version, you can return to a working version at any time while you sort out a problem. Nothing is ever lost.
If you get truly stuck, use the Support and feedback option in the sidebar to reach a real person.
