Writing good prompts

The single biggest lever on build quality. A few habits that make AyoWizzy nail it.

Ce guide n'est pas encore disponible dans votre langue, il est donc affiché en anglais. Le reste d'AyoSpeed IDE suit toujours la langue que vous avez choisie.

AyoWizzy is a capable builder, but it works best when you tell it what you actually want. Think of your prompt as a brief for a fast, talented teammate.

Be specific about the goal

Say what the app is for and who uses it. 'A booking page for a hair salon where clients pick a service and time' gives far more to work with than 'a booking app'.

Name the key features

  • List the main things users should be able to do.
  • Mention any must-have screens or pages.
  • Call out important details like sign-in, roles, or payments.

Describe the look and feel

A little direction goes a long way: 'clean and minimal like Linear', 'warm and playful', or 'bold with a dark theme'. You can always adjust the style later.

A prompt that works well

Here is the shape of a strong first prompt. Notice how it names the audience, the core features, and the vibe in just a few lines.

Example first prompt
Build a booking page for a hair salon.

Clients can:
- Pick a service (cut, color, styling) and see the price
- Choose an available time slot
- Enter their name and phone number to confirm

Owners can view all upcoming bookings on a simple dashboard.

Style: clean and modern, warm neutral colors, rounded cards.

You do not need to write everything at once. Start with the core idea, then layer in features with follow-up messages.

Iterate in small steps

After the first build, make one change at a time. Small, focused requests are easier for AyoWizzy to get exactly right and easier for you to review.
